I spent over two decades in corporate America working with major brands — Farmers Insurance, The Hartford, and AJ Gallagher — leading strategy, operations, and high-stakes business decisions. I know how to analyze a situation, cut through noise, and execute. That skillset doesn't disappear when you enter real estate. It just gets applied differently.
I moved to Sarasota because I wanted to be here — not because it was convenient. I live this market. I create content about it. I know the difference between a good deal and a great one, and I know how to tell you the truth about both.
I work with buyers, sellers, and relocation clients across Sarasota County. Most of my clients are coming from out of state — they're making a significant lifestyle decision in a market they don't know yet. My job is to make sure they understand exactly what they're buying, why it's priced the way it is, and what to expect from the first conversation to the closing table.
What you won't get from me: a sales pitch, inflated enthusiasm, or an agent who disappears after the paperwork is signed.

Outside of real estate, I've been married for 26 years and have two kids I'm genuinely proud of. When I'm not working, I'm usually fishing, exploring the waterfront, or doing exactly what I tell my clients they'll be doing once they get here.
